In order to earn these exciting commissions and retail profits your Elite Sales Manager will train with you to quickly qualify. All Sales Managers are strongly encouraged and compensated to work with and train their new Sales Reps.
As was mentioned earlier, as an Elite Vacations Rep you can also get paid to be a Sales Manager. In order to become a Sales Manager, the rep must go through a short training process him/herself. How do I qualify? This is how the system works:
 
Elite Sales Plan

Registration Fee
All elite sales reps must first register with the company before marketing the company products. A registration fee of $50 is required. Upon receipt of fee the company will then authorize the sales rep to immediately begin marketing some of the products, other products will require a training qualification.

Marketing Structure
Holiday Mini Vacations:
The mini vacations can be immediately marketed after the $50 registration fee is paid.

Elite Home Business Package:
These packages require qualified training.

Holiday Adventures Package:
The Holiday Adventures also requires qualified training.

Grand Vacation Package:
The Grand Vacation Package also requires qualified training.

Elite Training
The Elite Home Business Package, the Holiday Adventures, and the Grand Vacation packages all require the same basic training structure. Which is three Training sales and two training sessions. (on-line training will be available soon).

 
Training Sales Example

Phase 1

You begin your training by working with a qualified trainer and must complete three training sales and two training sessions. Your own purchase of a package will count as one sale, however you are not required to purchase a package yourself to qualify.

Phase 2

Just for example, lets say that you purchased your own package and you completed your first sale to Amy and your second to Brad. This completes your training sales and if you have already completed your Elite training sessions, you are now qualified to sell all Elite products.

 

Phase 3

Once you are qualified, you can begin earning money as you help others to qualify by making their own sales. You bring on Jim and then help him qualify. You help him complete his three sales and training. Jim decides to pick up his own vacation package which counts as one sale. Then, you help him make a sale to Lisa, which will be his second training sale. Jim also makes a sale to Bill, his third and final sale. Jim is now qualified as a Sales Manager and can begin to earn his own training commissions. From this point on all commissions generated by Jim go to Jim and no one else.

Phase 4

Jim has now left your team because he is now a qualified trainer and is making all of the commission. However what about Lisa and Bill? They are not a part of Jim's team because they were training sales and belong to you (the trainer). What do Lisa and Bill need to do to qualify to be a team trainer? The answer is that they each need to make two more training sales before they can be promoted as a trainer just like you did.

SUMMARY:

After you are qualified, you made a sale to Jim. You then helped Jim make his two training sales to Lisa and Bill. Jim is now qualified as a Elite Trainer. You and Jim helped Lisa and Bill with their two sales each which in turn qualified them and Trainers as well. At this point seven sales have been generated by you and your sales team. As you can see, each time you have someone qualify they leave you two new people that have one important need and that is to qualify if they want to make big training commissions.
This is called leverage in sales. This is NOT multi level marketing. If it were, you would not be paid the total amount of the sale because a lot of people above you would need to be paid as well. This makes the Elite Vacations sales and marketing plan so unique - you get to keep all of the money from your sales efforts.

Recap of Sales

(Based on 7 sales)
Commission for Elite Hot Deals is $200: 7 sales X $200 = $1400
Commission for Holiday Package is $500: 7 sales X $500 = $3500
Commission for Grand Package is $1000: 7 sales X $1000 = $7000
